Instructions when paying: In the subject line put “Live Yoga with Amber” + your name the way it appears on Zoom (your actual name unless you’ve manually changed it) + your email.

Registration though is required by emailing ambervoilesyoga@gmail.com with
your name as it appears on Zoom. Feel free to share with others!
2. GETTING TO ZOOM
If you don’t already have Zoom simply download the free application from the Apple Appstore or Google Play.
Download the ZOOM Cloud Meeting Software either at ZOOM.US for your computer or download the ZOOM App from the Apple Store and create a free account. (If creating a Zoom account for the first time, get setup prior to the class so you can join stress free.)
Login if you currently have an account. Otherwise, create an account with an email and password. Be sure that your name is the same as your payment account name so we see you have paid. If it differs, let us know in the subject line when paying.
3. FINDING YOUR CLASS ON ZOOM
Please register as stated above.
YOU WILL RECEIVE LINK 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO CLASS START
You are welcome to join with or without your camera on.
Please be on time.
4. PREPARING FOR CLASS
Find a space that feels safe. For restoratives, you are welcome to lie in your bed, on your couch, in a hammock, or on the earth—whatever feels best for you in the moment. It is recommended that you start setting up 10 minutes before class begins so you don’t have to rush.
Recommended items to bring to class: pillows, soft cushions, blankets, a scarf to cover the eyes—anything you can find to create a cozy space for relaxation.
